A blood sausage containing a mixture of pork blood, liver, buckwheat and spices that are blended, cooked and then cooled to allow it to congeal. A particular favourite from the U.K but a black pudding that is also enjoyed in many different forms across all of Europe.

Pork Trim, Pork Liver, Pork Blood, Buckwheat, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451,452), Spices.
All ingredients are cooked to allow the fusion of meat and spices before being blended into a smooth paste, where upon the buckwheat is added to give it a coarser appearance. It is then filled into a natural casing and further cooked to allow all ingredients to set.
Six weeks provided the vacuum packaging is kept intact and the product is stored under 5°C. Once opened, product should be consumed within five days.
Although this product is fully cooked, popular tradition has it sliced and fried or grilled then served as a breakfast accompaniment.
