process

Fresh beef topside is hand trimmed of all its fat to improve appearance and health attributes for this truly premium product. The product is then rubbed in our gourmet spices and then roasted to perfection to achieve a perfect pinkness with a roasted ring around it’s face.

shelf life

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
