100% fresh Australian pork bones, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).

process

Our pork bones come from the freshly boned legs from each day’s production. They are marinated in a special cure over 2 days and then cooked and smoked. Once cooled, they are cut into smaller pieces for consumer convenience.

shelf life

Three weeks packaged loosely in a plastic bag.

cooking

Although the bones are fully cooked it is normal for them to be further cooked again to be used in an accompanying dish.
