how the prager ham is made

As with the Premium Rolled Leg Ham, only the leanest of the fresh pork legs are used in this low fat product. Hand filled into a narrow casing the final prager ham appears similar to the Premium Rolled Leg Ham, but in a smaller version.

shelf life

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
