How the smoked beef is made
We combine the finest beef sources from NSW and VIC’s best farms and lovingly trim it until it is 97% fat free. We only use fresh Australian beef and under-process it so that it retains a delicate flavour and tender texture.
The beef marinates overnight in our special cure and then is double smoked with solid beechwood imported from Germany. Following a unique two step cooking process, a sprinkling of cracked black pepper is lightly applied to give it a great visual and a little extra complexity to its flavour.
Perfect for the whole family and a real winner with lovers of smokey products. Ideal with blue cheese and whiskey.
Eight weeks provided the vacuum packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
This is a fully cooked product which is normally served as a sliced cold meat.
