how the square leg ham is made

Premium quality pork leg trim is finely chopped and blended with full muscle leg meat to give a distinctive characteristic coarse look. The square leg ham is then filled into a casing and locked in a stainless steel form to help maintain its uniform shape. A final cooking process blends the flavours and ingredients and once complete, the ham is quickly chilled to prevent shrinkage.

shelf life

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
