INGREDIENTS

100% certified Australian free range pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).

HOW OUR FREE RANGE LEG HAM IS MADE

We take only the best ethically reared Free Range Certified Australian Pork and lovingly hand trim it to make it completely boneless. It is made from fresh 100% Australian certified pork. This is important as imported 'free range' pork is subject to far inferior animal welfare standards than Australian free range certified pork.

The hock not only communicates to your customers this ham is artisinal, under processed but 100% Australian.  We cure it lovingly with Pastoral's traditional recipe and double smoke it with beechwood for an unforgettable flavour. The second round of smoking is done within a special hand strung net to achieve a strong artisanal aesthetic - different to any other ham on the market. 100% Gluten, Soy, Nut, Dairy Free with no artificial colours.

SHELF LIFE

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

This product requires no further cooking.
