100% fresh Australian pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412), preservatives (250).
As with the full bone in, fresh selected pork legs are trimmed by our specialist staff. Next, the hock and hip bone are removed and the leg is marinated for a 12 hour period. Finally special bone in ham is cooked and smoked to improve flavour and enhance appearance.
Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
This product requires no further cooking.
