how the new york pastrami sliced is made

We start with a fresh beef eye round and trim it to remove any fat. The New York pastrami is then cured overnight before being coated in a selection of spices and fully cooked and smoked to enhance the spicy flavour.

shelf life

Eight weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.

This is a fully cooked product which is traditionally served as a sliced cold meat.
