100% fresh Australian pork, water, salt, Mineral Salts (451, 452), antioxidant (316), Vegetable Gum (412).

how the traditional oven style roast pork is made

A selection of smaller leaner legs are carefully selected then trimmed and marinated in a special cure overnight. Next we use our specially designed high temperature ovens to replicate the process that you would use at home. The result is a truly flavoursome roast pork with a beautiful golden colour on the outside.

shelf life

Four weeks provided the packaging is intact and the product is kept below 5°C. Once opened, the product should be consumed within five days.
